Audio Bas is basically a bass absorber
otherwise a sound reflector. It has excellent absorption
at very low frequencies while it reflects most of
the high frequency sound. One may use Audio Bas
together with Audio Alpha to get a good balance
of the sound absorption in the room.
Product
Description
It is made of high density glass wool core. The
front surface is specially coated so that the tile
can achieved the most optimum sound absorption for
its thickness. The back of the tile is also covered
with glass tissue while the edges are painted with
emulsion paint.
Size and Weight
The tile come in nominal size of 600x600mm square
tile. It is 40mm thick. It weight approximately
5kg/m².

The finished surface come in Soft White.
Maintenance
The finished surface can withstand daily dusting
and vacuum cleaning as well as weekly cleaning with
damp cloth.
Installation
The tile can be directly mounted onto a sturdy substrate
either with mechanical fixing or with adhesive. We
do supply adhesive tape for direct mounting. You can
install the Audio Bas onto the wall or ceiling soffit
directly. For painted wall or ceiling soffit, you
may have to ensure that the paint do not peel off
or it is advised to have the paint removed where the
adhesive to be applied. |
